Deceased estate

I claimed for fathers money I have send all documents on the 21st May on the 25th received email that all documents are being processed on the 28th I called they said will receive money by 8th I waited on the 9th I called they said I must certify bank statement and letter of authority I did that and submit them today I get email that I must open late estate account so I'm so disappointed as I have submitted and they have seen that it's 2 people on authority letter and they never said anything I must just certify so after certifyis another story I'm so disappointed as we need that money
