Deceased Assets department - Awaiting vehicle documentation

Standard Bank refuses to provide us with the finance documentation of my mom's car instead they repossessed the car when we started querying about the documentation. To date- we have not received any feedback instead a pre-agreement with missing pages.

**********I have been waiting on feedback from Standard Bank. Serishna Nagan requested the Executorship and copy of ID in order to fulfill the request and I emailed the documents to her immediately. I have not received any feedback and she does not respond to my mails. Standard Bank (Lucinda who handled the case) did not hesistate to repossess the car and requested us to re-finance the car or pay R110 000 as settlement. No communication of the repossesion and the car was taken at a workplace like it was a ****** vehicle. How embarassing? or is this the procedure followed by Standard Bank? How do we trust a bank that has no record-keeping???A simple thing as the contract that was signed for financing the car on the 30th August 2013? The contract was 35 pages, so I assume when they selected a few pages for me to glimpse at (page 3,5,7 of 35). How do they repossess if they do not have the documentation? where does Lucinda get the R110 000 settlement from?? SA MotorLoans perhaps?Serishna could send me an email requesting documents but can't respond to my mails? The National Credit Act is not an immune Act to Standard Bank. I will be reffering the matter to the Banking Ombuds. I am tired of the delay and lies. First your consultants told me that she did not finance the car under Standard Bank but SA Motor loans *refer to call recordings* then I was informed there was no insurance??? But when I went to Market Square VW they informed me that the car was financed under Standard Bank, insurance and Vehicle Protection as well. Standard Bank is not acknowleding yet they had deducted the money from her account. What influenced Lucinda's decision to repossess the car? *****ed ways? I am so disgusted, I just spoke to Nkululeko Sitole who just informed me that I cannot get the documentation because the car was auctioned on the 7th June 2016. He informed me that the car was not covered and why am I requesting the documents only now. When I gave him the facts he then does not have answers. I am definitely refering the matter to the banking ombuds and the Financial services regulatory board.
