Deceased account enquiry

On the 2nd of April we went to the standard bank branch in mega city umlazi to submit documents for a deceased account and we were advised to wait 21days I'm not sure if it's working days or not but even so today is the 24th working day from the 2nd of April but there hasn't been any feedback.
