DebtCon Support Very high interest rate

Good day

Every month an amount of R3812,03 is deducted by Standard Bank DebtCon. R2141,57 gets deducted for interest according to my statement. This interest rate is like a Credit card I emailed my query on the very high interest amount and settlement term but since 23 July 2024 I have not had any response from ***, Standard Bank DebtCon.

All well thanks, I trust the same applies.

Kindly note that the interest rate has not been changed on the monthly deductions however. Please calculate as per attachment of 65 months of Agreed Term. Correct the interest rate has changed, then why were the monthly deductions not changed in line so as to complete the loan amount at the set date. This error now causes an increase in my interest rate amount.

Please calculate and furbish me with the amounts, and ot only a one line explanation that the interest rate has increased.
