debt that I dont know

Standard bank claim I owe the amount of R1600 which I donot know of I even went the branch but failed any clarity to this matter nw the matter is wth their attorneys this will affect my credi profile for my future I wll appreciate your help because the cheque account I used to have with them I closed long time when I ended their services way back on 2011
