Debt review status update not cleared

I had a revolving loans and overdraft with Std bank, and unfortunately I later went through debt review and I was married at the time, I have now paid all my accounts with them, my credit stated was updated with credit bureaus but standard bank has not updated my status even though all accounts paid up and I am now divorced,they now giving me a runaround on clearing my status with them,they are telling me that because I was married my ex husband must than be captured under debt review as he hasn’t paid all his accounts,1. This has nothing to do with me2. he doesn’t have any accounts with Std bank3 I have paid up all my standard bank accounts,what must I do,it frustrating me that the accounts was paid up last year it now 10months later but my profile is not updated, I have submitted court order, divorce decree,proof of payments still it not enough, I have had it with the running around
