Debt Review

In 2012, I was over indebted and went into a Debt Review programme, I was drawn a budget on how best to make payments to Standard Bank. I had 2 credit cards through Edgars and Blue Bean. According to the plan, I have settled everything but I am now being harassed by attorneys appointed by Standard Bank. And what is even worse is that interest has been charged over the months, and I am now back to square one and indebted to Standard bank. I got into the programme because i wanted to pay and have a good credit record. But now my future is doomed, I won't be able to get a bond or anything, please help. I sent countless e-mails to standard bank without any response, instead Standard Bank is harassing me.
