debt resolution

Standard bank is truly pathetic. I laid a complaint with the bank a week ago to try and get someone's attention. An auto reply email said a consultant will contact me back within 24 hours. Sadly that hasn't't happened. ..... All i needed was a constructive solution to my problem and not a single person at the bank can help me. I've called several departments, seen what feels like a dozen consultants and sent emails on a monthly basis begging for help. I've been at it for the past 4 months with no success. They are by far the worst financial institution I've come across, I say this because I deal with 3 banks to manage my funds so there is a benchmark. Cant wait to settle and close my accounts with them so i never have to deal with them again.<br> <br> I've never used hello peter before, this is really a last resort. Knowing how standard bank operates, I feel that posting this is a hopeless attempt and nothing will have been done.<br> <br> Looking forward to them proving me right.
