Debt Order

Wat a bad service i received from Standard Bank... I called in on the 26th of July to reverse one of my debt order and spoke to one of the consults who told me it has been done it will take 48 hours to appear in my account, Monday came nothing was in my account and on Tuesday i called and same story 48 hours and i was given the REF *** and since i haven`t received the funds in my account....Today i called and asked to speak to the manager and i was keep on hold for 45 minutes until i had to give up which they wanted me to do
