Debt-In Collections. Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance - useless
Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance.
Debt-In Collections: Standard Bank interogates me every month for payment after I have paid. Seems like it takes 11 days to show payment coming from Standard bank...I I tell one incapable operator this and then another phones me and they dont seem to understand.
I have asked for a monthly statement but none is forthcoming - it is to complicated for them to comprehend somebody requires a statement befor payment.
Thus now - no statement no payment.
A STUPID STATEMENT PLEASE PLEASE CAN I DEAL WITH ONE CAPABLE INDIVIDUAL THAT CAN DELIVER SERVICE OTHER THAN A ****** PHONING IN A SCRIPTED MESSAGE - HELLO, PAY PAY PAY.
