Debt Consolidation ( No feedback) - for 2-3 weeks

Good day,

I recently opened a debt consolidation with standard bank, and it was was successful. I further engaged with my creditor providers for a further settlement discount, and got a total of R93k further reduction. I then sent standard bank the respective settlement discount letters, so that payment could be initiated. They obliged to making payments to my creditors, which I thankful for. All I need are these proof of payments of these accounts to the respective creditors, and the amounts paid sent to me. Also with this mind , the acknowledgement of the total capital amount ( debt consolidation) being revised, and then obviously the term being revised accordingly. The monthly can remain the same.

I not getting any joy in a formal response form standard bank, as I sent many emails for the past 2-3 weeks. Can anybody assist me with this matter urgently.
