Debt Consolidation Impossible - Non Existent

<p>I called Standard bank to enquire about their debt consolidation, i was then put through to that department. I was then told that it's not the department so i asked what their direct number is and the lady told me they only have an email address. The lady sent me forms to complete, the forms formats were terrible and the email was a foward with someone elses details. I'm currently have a prestige account, but don't see the benefits at all when it comes to customer service. I've been with Standard bank since 1999 and i think its time to move to another bank. All i want to do is consolidate my debt and 80% is with Standard bank. Looks like they prefer all the short term accounts or high interest rate accounts. Also may as well move my home loan as well. Just not sure what happened to once a great bank.</p>
