Debt collectors
<p>Dear Standard bank </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been receiving calls from your debt collectors requesting an amount I don't know off , I told them to give me a statement showing what I am paying for ?i won't just pay without information , I left standard bank because of ***** people withdrawing money all the time and standard bank couldn't even stop those people , every month it was a headache for me thank God my headache disappeared the moment I took my account to another bank .i need a statement emailed to me stating how the amount I am owing you came to 3grand are those bank charges I need a statement even your debt collectors haven't given that to me , secondly </p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know why I am not receiving my car finance statement ?.... I don't want to call your call centre they are useless I want this to be resolved and I also want my car settlement letter emailed to me so that I can pay and cut off all my relationship with you , i am tired of this bank .</p>

While I am waiting for your statement , I just received a message from you people , how do I pay for something I don't know ?....???threatning me won't help I need a statement that shows what I am paying for .your message read as follows NOTICE:we are commencing with LEGAL action as you have not paid standard bank , contact ********** 858 IMMEDIATELY to avoid LEGAL ACTION REF : ********** 58. That's the message I receive ,who types the email using Caps don't they know that they are shouting ?and why write stupid message if I am waiting for your response.?.......?.i won't pay if without knowing what I am paying for. How many times must I request the statement .
