Debt clearance

I was on dept review at New Millennium dept counselors. In October i settled all my dept with Standard bank and received a clearance sertificate from Millennium debt counselors stating that all my dept was cleared.On the 5th of November New Millennium Debt Counselors informend me that my name would be cleared from the dept list at transunion in 30days. I check today and my name is still not cleared because Standard bank did not send a certain letter paid up letter to transunion.i can not understand that i met my obligations and paid my dues and the mentioned companies are not fullfilling there obligations to clear my name.
