Debiting my account without my approval

I sold a house that I owned jointly with my cousin, we had a shortfall, I spoke with the lady and made an arrangement to deduct R1300.00, I did not know that when you have a shortfall, STD bank cannot debit the account that they deducted initially, I must do a stop order, this I found out when I spoke with Bonani on the 30-04-2015. STD bank deducted R1300 off my personal account, instead of the capitec account that they initially deducted the bond repayment from. This account had money and I had assumed they will continue deducting from it. I was livid at them debiting my personal account for a shortfall that I have jointly, I understand for logistics reasons they need one account to deduct, but why didn't they call me, why no one explained to me that, we must make an arrangement of where they gonna get their money every month. What upsets me the most is that, Bonani said, they will continue deducting from any of my personal accounts, I have 3 accounts with STD bank, and 1 I use for my savings (access save), I'm considering moving all my accounts after 18 years of being with them. To date I'm still waiting for Bonani to send me STD details for stop order to take to Capitec bank
