debiting my account whitout arrangement

Standard bank debited my account without notifying or payment arrangement they debited amount that they think its suitable for them and when I call I was told that they cant reverse the money back, this is not the first time its happening last time I call them and ask to make payment arrangement but no one was able to assist me, I'm taking my money into a different bank now due that, Legal and customer complain department of standard bank are useless and unprofessional.
