Debiting money off my account after loan is settle

Good day<br> <br> I am very unhappy and upset in regards to the following. Due to the strikes in north west last year I could not pay my loan. Standard bank gave me over to attorneys. They gave me a settlement letter and said If I pay the certain amount after a certain percentage was taken off it will be canceled and closed off. I went and paid the amount owed to standard bank on the 29th of October 2014. They gave me a repaid letter to say that all is paid up and loan is closed. Now on the 28th of may Standard bank goes and debit off again of my account even though it is paid in full. I called standard bank, spoke to this person, then this person. No one at Standard bank knows what is going on, they say its the loan department that debited the money, and they don't get back to me and most frustrated I don't get my money back that they took for no reason and I need that money to get by. I have done my part when will standard bank do theirs?<br> <br> Account number is *** Please can you help???<br> <br> I am very disapointed in this, I got all the proof that this is done and dusted but still someone at Standard bank is getting a monthly salary but does not do his work.<br> <br>
