debiting account

<p>discovery health has been debiting my account since april 2016 with R296 PLUS BANK FEES. standard bank has notified them and they have said it is not for my account but yet they keep taking money each month i have emailed them spoken to them to no avail all i have been advised to do is open a case of theft against them i dont see why a big instituation like this needs to ***** from me</p>
