DEBITED WRONG DATE AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT

My credit card was blocked.Standard bank debited my account on the 23 but i only got paid on the 25th.I am not not sure who gave them that date. The first person i spoke to in the call centre said something else and the other person said something.I think we have wrong people on the prestige line.
