Debited while account is settled and closed

Hello Peter

On Friday 22 February I went to Standard bank in Lenasia Signet to close my revolving loan account since it has been fully paid. However on Sunday 24 February Standard bank debits my account even though my account is settled. I called them on Monday 25 February .The lady promised she will arrange for a reversal .Still no refund has been made. My order debit orders are bouncing due to this .This is not fare.
