Debited my access account without permission

Standard bank has debited my access account without permission, reason being that my cheque account is in arrears and they needed to pay up my arrears, no one called me to discuss with me possible monthly repayments or rather inform me... i need my money back and i will make payments arrangements. this is a huge inconvenience on my side because clearly if i had the money i would have paid that immediately.
