Debit Reversal

Money was transferred into my account on behalf of a family member to give to someone else, when this money came into my account the debit order for my home loan came off, I called the home loans dept as its not my money and I need the debit order reversed. The lady I spoke to wasn't very helpful or concerned as this is a genuine request and need someone to have some humanity and just understand the predicament I'm in and to assist me.
