Debit orders fees deducted

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I disputed on 26th of April 2016 debit orders, and receive sms on 27th of April 2016 money was returned but when i went to the bank nothing was returned. I then received on the the same day of 27th of April 2016 the debit orders didnt go through so they charge me R115 per debit order. So the money came in the 28th of April. If you guys are saying it is because its and holiday, so why did you returned the debit orders on the holiday and charge me on the holiday. When the money were returned i didnt get a msg but on the 27 th of April. I want the bank chargers reverse on this. I urgently await your feedback. thanks</p>
