Debit Orders

I went to standard bank earlier last month to cancel my debit orders and they gentleman that help me told me that they were stopped. On Thursday to my surprise the debit order of R150 (REF: NAEDO DEBIT PM8 - SSDA 012 SiEFA150430) and the same day R150 BOL NAEDO REPRESENTATION DMC ***50430 and Fees for Stop payment for 45 each. I went to the branch to reverse the amount the lady told me that the amounts will reverse automatically as I made stop payment. Still today I am waiting for the amount to be reversed. Can they please reverse the money. Another complain when I joined Standard Bank Accesplus the told me that the is montly fixed payment of R59 and all the transactions are free. But when I check my bank statement the charge me for withdrawals fees how come.
