Debit order with no authorisation

Debit order notification was received for an amount of R1932.00 on Monday 09-03-2015. I contacted the Standard Bank and they said it was the legal department for a car which I had financed and returned to them 2 years ago. Since the car was returned I had no debit orders from my account, with regards to this vehicle and now all of a sudden a debit order was taken. No phone call or any form of contact was made to me with regards to make arrangements for this debit order and those funds are for an urgent doctors appointment which I have next week.
