Debit order taken when bank feels like it

standardbank card division debited my acc for payment on my credit card witch is fair although they just took it on the 18th of december as they felt they whanted to, after i have coresponded with them not to do so there was unpaid fees on my account due to that and there excuse id its a system error. I now have to wait minimum 3 days for a refund. <br> wors of all this will be held agianst me regarding my credit record witch is not fair.<br> a explination from a senior representative will be expected regards.<br> As this will be taken up with the ombidsman aswell.
