Debit order taken for closed account
I went into a standard bank branch on 27 Feb 2019 to pay my loan off. I settled the total amount owing and the account was closed. Today the 1st of March 2019 standard bank debited my account for an installment. Why i do not understand as i was assured it was paid up in full and that the account is closed. So where did the money go to and why did standard bank debit my account. Please refund immediately.
