Debit order taken 4 days BEFORE its supposed to come off

A standard bank debit order that normally goes off on 25th has been taken today, 4 days before I get paid. I've never been in arrears once in my 50 years ... so of course the money is taken... gone.. no explanation ! Been through 4 consultants and none can even put a call on hold or transfer to correct place Useless , most useless bank EVER !! THESE idiots play with the money I work my myself to death to earn...and THIS this what you get
