Debit order reversals

I have contacted Std Bank to reverese payments, and for the past 2 months, I could not be assisted... i was passed around and told to contact providers, which I have done, and they have given documented confirmation that debit orders were cancelled. Still, Std bank will not assist with reversing these payments.
