Debit order reversal gets bank charged as unpaid

An unauthorized debit order was debited from account on the 16/12/2017 then I call standard bank to reverse it as there was also an insufficient amount, the call center guy says it’s not reflecting yet but he’ll send through a query of which I got a confirmation sms stating that it will be reversed on the 19/12/2017. On the 18/12/2017 I get an sms saying my query has been resolved but my account still reflected this debit order then today the 19/12/2017 I get an sms saying amount reversed into account then I’m also charged an unpaid fee of R115 which is nonsense as I had called through to say reverse the debit order but I’m charged unpaid fees as if this is my debit order so what was the point of me calling through then if the same procedure as unpaid debit order will be used! So instead of the bank saving my money by reversing a debit order I don’t know they make a R115 out of me so who’s robbing who here! I left another bank for the same reasons and standard bank does the same. The guy I spoke to today says I should have called yesterday for the reversal then I was not going to be charged which is utter nonsense because by yesterday it would have reflected as unpaid as I had is sufficient funds! I need this to be resolved or I’m changing banks again as this reflects bad on my statement.
