Debit Order Returned with sufficient funds in the account

On the 26th July 2016 at 19.33pm,(proof of logging on via pictures available) I logged on to my internet banking to check my balance since I was expecting a Debit Order of R118.95 from Dial Direct overnight. I discovered that I didn’t have sufficient funds to provide for this transaction.I then made a Real Time Transfer of R457.95 at 19:41pm, (proof of the Sms confirming deposit via pictures available) of which I received SMS notification of the amount received into my bank but furthermore to ensure that the money was “available” on the account I logged on again via internet banking at 19:46pm (see attached proof of logging on via pictures). The amount I deposited via transfer was in the “available balance” not the “latest balance”. This together with the sms notification confirming the deposit, provided me with sufficient proof that I had sufficient cash to provide for my debit order. On all the above times when I logged on, there was NO DEBIT ORDER that was appearing on my statement as having been processed without sufficient funds at all. There was no debit order at all prior midnight on 26 July 2016. I also didn’t received any SMS notification when the debit order was processed confirming that the R118.95 was processed through my account.
I only received an sms this morning at 07:01am (28 July 2016) stating that my debit order was returned due to insufficient funds (see attached proof of sms notification via pictures)Dial Direct, my insurance company, confirmed when I took out the insurance +-2 hours prior, that the debit order will be run “past midnight”.The subsequent return of this debit order is clearly a “Standard Bank System Error” as my account had sufficient funds for this transaction.

Can the "powers that be" at Std Bank please compute a letter on a Standard Bank letterhead confirming that there were sufficient funds in my account at the time of the debit order run and that it was only returned as unpaid due to a system error not insufficient funds. I need to present this to my insurer!

I have also spoken to Sayed from the Mall@Carnvial branch, who is my banker, but he claimed he cannot provide with such a letter as he doesnt have the authority to do so.
