debit order returned and emails ignored

On easter friday my debit order for multichoice was returned to my account as not provided for, but when the debit came off I still had money in my account! Anyway one can imagine what happpens when you don't pay multichoice... My dstv got cut on easter friday! Now because of the bank being thick I had to waste money phoning and holding on with multichoice and pay a reconectional fee! On top of that standard bank charged me for the debit R115 stating not provided for! So I emailed them with my statements showing it was there fault but since saturday till today (Thursday) I'm being ignored! Useless customer care!
