Debit order processed 2 days earlier
Standard Bank Home Loans processed my debit order 2 days before it was actually suppose to go off. My debit order date is the 20th of each month. But because this fell on a Sunday, they ran their debit orders on the 18th. But I only get paid on the 20th so there were no funds in the account to settle the debit order which subsequently went unpaid. I have incurred unpaid fees, not to mention my credit bureau score will be impacted by this. I have spoken to 4 people at the standard bank call centre so far and non of them know what to do. This is unacceptable. Please can a competent person from Standard Bank sort this out. ASAP.
