Debit order on my account

There has been people debiting money on my account for almost a year now without my consent. Standard bank don't want to take responsibility for debit orders debited beyond 40 days. They say that if I want the money debited beyond forty days I should pay 200 for each transaction. I'm very disappointed as I have re**** on Standard bank on all my accounts, car, house and loans' have sent emails to standard bank on numerous occasions' debit order was made only on the 1 August 2015 after I insisted these debit orders to be removed. Please note that I have lost a lot of money and find it difficult to trust the banking with standard bank.
