Debit order of R4850 without consent

Standard bank legal department RL Daly took debit order of R4850 without my consent for money i owe on my credit card. I was unemployed for 2years and when i was phoned by a consultant from rl daly earlier this month i told her i found a job and she must phone me closer to month end so i can make arrangements to pay them off. I am a single mother of 2 recently divorced and needs my money to profide for my boys. i know i owe them money and like i told the consultant i will pay them of monthly. How am i suppose to survive yhis month and get to work without money for petrol.Went into standard bank on Saturday but the cant help me cause of account being handed over to legal. Rl daly say they cant help me i must get it reversed at my branch.I didnt give anyone permission to take that big amount of. How can they just take my whole salary without my permission after i said i will make arrangements to pay them. This is first time i receive a salary in two months and now its gone
