Debit order not reversed :***

<p>3I have send an email since last Wednesday. requesting the bank to stop debit order payment as well as a refund request on the same letter. Feedback is coming in pieces and only after I have enquired. I received a reference number ********** 102 to say the refund query was resolved but money is not reflecting on my account. I am tired I am supposed to pay accounts it's month end. I will not be going to the bank again to enquire. </p>
