Debit Order Nightmare

Every time I have an encounter with Standard Bank it is unpleasant!

I have even switched to FNB because there is just no trusting your consultants and processes. Unfortunately, I still have a loan that I am paying off. My debit order is scheduled for the 25th of every month.

Just this morning, I had an amount of R1000.00 debited from my account and with no valid explanation. Worse tHan that is I spoke to one of your consultants yesterday, Lerato (ref 920lerato) and made it clear that I have only one debit coming off from standard bank and wanted to find out how I can go about increasing my premium from July. She reassured me that my debit will come off on the 25th as per normal and yet you still have the audacity to debit my account today on the TWENTY THIRD of the month BEFORE my salary is even PAID TO MY ACCOUNT.

Then to top it all off, I called your call center AGAIN this morning and I was told that your systems are currently down and I must call back after half an hour. The consultant didn't even offer to call me back neither did she apologize for wasting my time. System issues?? Really? In this century?? It's no wonder you are losing business to FNB. NO WONDER!!

This has now caused an inconvenience as the funds in my account were meant for my SCHOOL TUITION! What nonsense is this?? What happened to you people?? Does customer service mean absolutely nothing to you??? Goodness!

I am am expecting a service recovery call and I am expecting compensation because I WILL be reversing that debit.

Worst bank ever
