Debit order nightmare

Standard bank has done a pre in advanced debit order again .without insufficient funds in my account. This is the 3rd time in 3 months.i am penalised with x amount because debit order failed to go through , on 2 banks with extra banking costs .ant to yop it off the put extra money in the account to make me be in more debt than i was 3 months ago.they get some 3rd party who does not work in the banking industry to tell me to arrange a new debit order. Not asking , and then im told you will see what happens .i will not be threatened by any of its staff or contract companies.
