Debit order malfunction
They took my money off via debit order before I got my salary in my account. I made sure to verify when does my debt orders go off and the banker told me once my salary is in my account and the debit orders that are on the 25th, they will go off only after the salary is in. Yesterday it took off immediately on the 25th and my account went into a negative then I had to pay R350 worth of honouring fee. I’ve been trying to get through to the bank but no answering at all!
