debit order ignored

i arranged a debit order with your call center gave them my account details and agreed on the amount and date. 3 months later my account has not been debited and i have been handed over to the Norton Attorneys. The lawyers are now demanding an installment i cannot afford just because \ I SKIPPED MY PAYMENTS\"<br> <br> Tried to contact Amanda Mnothoza her phone just rings,sent emails with no reply.. All i want to find out is what happened with the arrangement i made with the bank to debit my account. Please stop ignoring my emails."
