Debit Order Forced Date Change

Standard Bank has sent me a message to say they are unilaterally changing my debit order dates. They say if I am not happy I must tell them to change it back. Actually, it should work the other way round. Ask me and if you do not hear from me, then you do not change the dates. Why must I opt out of something I never agreed to nor asked for?

As for contacting my prestige banker, that is a joke. After Innocentia left, things fell apart. The first one was so bad, I told the bank to replace him after dealing with him after dealing with him only twice or so. The bank never officially gave me a new banker. Instead, I got to speak to one of his colleagues, who also had an attitude and that argued with me that what I had seen and noted with Internet banking a number of times was not possible and she knew because she worked for the bank. It turns out some of those things she denied were confirmed to me by some senior people at the bank.

Please leave my debit order dates as they are.
