Debit order for settled credit card

I cancelled and settled my credit card in the beginning of February. The debit order for the credit card still came off. Please refund my money and make sure this debit order doesn't happen again.

I got charged honoring fees this morning because of this. Still waiting for the amount to be reversed that was taken off, and now i want the honoring fees reversed. When will this be resolved?

This has still not been resolved. I still am in a negative amount because of this and still have the honoring fee deducted from my account because of this. Nothing has been done. I received a call on the day this was logged, bit nothing further. Good thing I didn't need this money to eat or pay a bill.
