Debit order for Credit card Scheduled for Earlier

Good day,

I received an SMS today stating that my Standard Bank Credit card debit order will be processed tomorrow the 20th of December 2017. I really do not appreciate the fact that assumptions are made that it WILL BE OK, to do that. It's not a question from you guys, but a statement.

You cann just ASSUME that every person gets paid on the 15th of December! My company only pays on the 22nd - 23rd of December!

I will add that this is NOT the first time this has happened. I am liable for extra bank costs when my debit order(s) bounces.

Please get your information accurate and stop making an assumption that it's OK with your customer(s) without ACTUALLY calling them and consulting with them first!!

You have access to a customers bank records /statements and can clearly see when the individual gets paid on a December.

I am saying this again. I DO NOT appreciate this!!
