Debit Order for Credit Card being deducted before Debit Order Date

<p>It has been more than a week now since Standard Bank has deducted by debit order of my cc before my debit order date and still they have not taken off the money they deducted from my account after I was assured last week Thursday will be done. They informed me that they will link my cc to my cheque account and still this has not been done. This is unacceptable and they dont even come back to me to find out if everything is in order after his happend and the numbers they called me from I can't even get hold of them.</p>
