Debit order for 5years and no return on Credit Card

<p>Hi left standard bank 5years ago for obvious reasons. I owed +- R4000 on my credit card. They have been debiting me for 5years of R110. When i called now to see what balance was, I got told it was on R3800. <br /><br />So over 5years they have only placed +- R200 into that acc.... <br />I understand everything about bank charges and fees and minimum payments etc. The issue i have is that if you add that all up i have paid R6000 over 5years for nothing, not a phone call or quick notification, NOTHING!! <br /><br />There is no customer relations at Standard Bank. <br />It would have been nice to get a call telling me that no progress is being made on the card, "lets up the payments or maybe settling the acc"... But no, they would rather keep absolutely quiet for 5YEARS and take my money.. <br />Absolutely disgusting!!</p>
