Debit order date not changed

I called Standard Bank's Home Loan department on the 4th of February 2016 to change my debit order date from the 20th of every month to the 1st of every month. I spoke to Ashley who I explained to that I just started a new job and that I get paid on the last day of each month and that I would like for the debit order to go off on the 1st of each month. At first he told me that he was not able to change the dates but after a few minutes of logging a call to the relevant people and talking to his team leader he reassured me that the debit order will go off from the 1st of March, however on the 20th of February the debit order went off. The reference number for that call was ***.

I called the Home loans back on the 20th to explain that my son passed away on the 18th and that I needed the money to pay for the funeral arrangements. But the person who assisted me was unsympathetic and did not care that I needed the money to be debited on the 1st of March and not on the 20th because I had just lost my son and the money was send to me by a friend to assist with the funeral arrangements. I spoke to Hlologelo Manamela and the ref nr for the call was ***.
