Debit order cancelled but still running

I was retrenched August and have a loan with stdbank and have been paying insurance on the loan,so i did send the required docs for the loan to be paid up by the insurance and this now is taking forever an email was send to me yesterday that a debit order will not run on my account as this is not cancelled but today i received money on this account and debit order has ran on my account now i have been sent from pillar to post by stdbank agent and i need this money ASAP as i am not working
