DEBIT ORDER AFTER CANCELLATION

I cancelled the debit order at the Branch on 15.09.2015 for the home loan and has been transferring the funds since and a charge of R45 implemented on my account for the cancellation. today 15.01.2016 a debit order was made to my account for the home loan though it was cancelled. Home loan section claim it was never cancelled hence no letter was submitted but at the branch they did not say so that means I am a fool that paid for nothing. I have Debit orders that will be running on my account and will have insufficient funds though I did request cancellation. I will have returned debit orders and will be expected to pay a fee for their fault. I am tired of this bank now
