Debit order

My bank account was Debited twice for a car installment. My first car was a write off and I got a new car. However std bank charged me for both cars. I have a new car for 9 months.

I spoke to Laya Jezel who promised to refund me on the 8th June 2022 to-date I am still waiting.

I also spoke to Jacob Siband is refusing to refund me and also adviced that the bank will debit my account again on the 1st of July.

I don't have food for my children and I also don't have petrol since my account was Debited twice. I've been trying to get help from std Bank since the 1/6/2022. I am really frustrated and depressed.I really need your assistance urgently .

Now I have to take off at work cause I have to get a new account from a different bank that is will to honor me as a valid customer
