Debit Oder

My name is Lucien , Im highly upset with standard bank yesterday i went into my account and seen a Debit R2200 i was shocked i called standard bank *** special debit order department spoke to Eunice she said i had a old check account that i owed money from 2013 i had told her i closed the account she then told me that they will reverse the money i must go into the bank and also request a statement i went into standard west street in Durban Helped by Blessing she told me i need to pay for a statements R20 per page to prove that i closed the Account , so i think that this is the worst bank ever that just does what they want i worked hard for that money no arrangements to be made , they just go into your bank account and do as they please and they say i cant reverse the transaction because its standard bank , but if it another bank reversal they quick to do it ,,,i have not recieved any contact or letter stating that i owe standard bank and i Have never been asked to make arrangements so ****ed the hell off with this service honestly sucks banking With standardbank
